WMAs shall showcase the world’s diversified films and cultures. On the worldwide platform, twelve regional headquarters will present their winners.

Excellent cultural performance is a requirement for the global competition. The regional winners shall display traditional and cultural performances for additional points. The winners are selected based on excellent diversified content and promotion of "the safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH)."
