This broadness is at once intriguing and completely dull. I imagine anyone from LA would be bored to tears by most of this book. Some were heartbreaking, some were groan worthy but all of them were fascinating and captivating. They're the same book :). Just as I would start to get into one of the stories, it would switch to some random piece of crap interjected in an attempt to tie it all together (or at least I'm assuming that's what their purpose is).
