We stayed on the top floor(5) and that tended to be a bit hot for the airconditioning to manage so they changed our room to the same floor but we realized that it was the lack of insulation from the sun on the top floor that heated our rooms. We honestly just spent most of our time in the resort as it is massive. They gave us an upgraded room facing the sea, conveniently located near the beach bar.
