The Centers provide information, guidance and training on how to implement the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and “assure equality of opportunity, full participation, independent living, and economic self-sufficiency for individuals with disabilities.” Though federally funded, the ADA Centers are not enforcement or regulatory agencies, but helpful resources for individuals and entities with rights and responsibilities under the ADA. The 2019 conference will provide a wide range of up-to-date information on ADA regulations and guidelines, as well as strategies and best practices for successful implementation of the law.
