You'll probably use 475 watts (full load) for your entire setup with that CPU and GPU combo. The 2070 has similiar power draw, so I imagine youll be fine with 600/650W even with heavier overclock. I watched a YouTubers recent video and his build was almost identical to mine, and he used a 650 watt.
