It said it would honour credit balances for both current and former Solarplicity customers. If Solarplicity paid your solar feed-in tariff, you'll need to appoint a new supplier; EDF Energy won't pay you automatically. Thanks Christine! Also piece of mind with everything I needed. I had a problem with billing which was a worry and often with these big organisations you don't feel as if you can get through to a person. This added £118 per year extra to their gas and electricity bills, on average. I did not understand a form online .I ended up texting EDF.A wonderful customer service over and above the customer service person named Payal , you are a star 100 percent.
