We were supposed to stay at the Arthouse last week right when the Covid-19 craziness happened and had to cancel our trip at the last minute.

Own or manage this property? I booked the penthouse over 3 months in advance however the hotel called and indicated it was unavailable due to a HVAC issue. Whew. more. The staff, led by the very knowledgable and helpful Scott Calderon, can still be relied on to provide great service. We've stayed at this hotel several times when it was formerly On the Ave and this was our first visit back since it became NYLO - great location, very good/friendly service and overall value continue...unfortunately, so do the slow elevators! Very comfortable bed and room temperature (often I find NYC hotel rooms are too hot or too cold and not easy to regulate),good location, convenient to the 1,2,3 trains and Central Park.
