Staff pleasant and although we didn't need much while there as we only used it as a base and a room for the nights we were there got the impression nothing was a bother. So if you're going to a concert, this is pretty much perfect. All were average for this type of mid-range hotel (the food is surprisingly good), and the staff were all very nice and polite.
