Sometimes I scroll up and it goes directly to ad or sponsored story content. I really enjoy the interactive ness of several articles, most recently being able to type in your hometown and pull down the wildfires out west and being able to visualize what that would look like in your community.

The news portion is the part I hate the most, because it will send alerts often, even if they are turned off, although it’s not as bad as it used to be, it still happens once a week, but that’s not enough to make me remove the app though. The spot stars off with a subtle sports reference — with the line “The second city knows great teams,” a reference to the city’s well known Bears, Cubs, White Sox, Bulls and Blackhawks pro sports teams.
