The room was very cozy and it gave me a NY feeling. They could not accommodate early check-in, then later sent us to room that was not turned-over (trash everywhere, dirty bed, etc.). I do regret to hear about the issue with your towels-- we certainly should have been more attentive. Taxes and fees that are shown are estimates only.
