I am thinking to myself what percentage of people realize they been charged twice and call back the hotel to get their money back. The restaurant food is wonderful, and we were entertained by a guitarist sitting right outside the doors. We appreciate your patronage and are so happy you enjoyed your time with us.
The staff is very kind and helpful and always on top to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. That's enough reason alone to stay here, but it's a great hotel too. We are so happy you enjoyed the surrounding area as well as the Hotel.

Although our room was on the second floor and we were on the street side, we did not find the traffic disturbing at all, and had a perfect night's sleep. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely appointed; the beds very comfortable, and we had a little balcony off of our room which was shaded by tall palm trees.

We hope you return, soon. At a hotel of this standard this shouldn't happen - but it was acted on immediately.The free Wi-Fi is very fast and had no problems. He was very polite and said he can see the error and would refund the money back to my credit card. Also, be sure to visit The Cornell Museum of Fine Arts at Rollins, which is a partner with our Hotel is choosing and placing the art work in the Hotel. Great hotel if you want a boutique experience. Although I was tempted to take away a star because of the pet fee, the Inn was such an excellent hotel I just couldn't do it!

We travel to Florida regularly and like to try somewhere new each time - we often come to Winter Park for the day and decided we would like to stay a little longer this time.As others have said the Alfond Inn is very close to the town centre for restaurants and shopping.
