I was running triple 1440p 144Hz with the 2080 Ti in SLI. I crammed all of mine into a meshify c though, replaced the GPU cooler with a morpheus 2, and noctuaed all over it. I have a similarish build. Unless you plan to use a bunch of mechanical drives, or fill the 5.25" bays with something, a normal ATX size is probably more appropriate. I think you'll find your full tower to be really empty.
