Staff were exceptionally helpful specifically Darren who checked us in. The staff were exdccellent. Excellent location, high quality of room furnishings and fittings, extremely helpful and friendly staff. 4' wide bed in single room made for comfortable sleep. It was stylish and classy but still comfortable. I stayed here with a group fo friends and all were more than happy with the choice of accomodation. Lovely building, friendly informative staff and the rooms were nice and cosy. Good looking converted warehouse, comfortable modern room, brilliant 'juke-box' via the television. Staa used initiative and were unfailingly helpful and warm.

Excellent location and within walking distance to Albert Docks. This will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Liverpool in the future. Ideal location and brilliant hotel. We couldn't hear anything from outside. Hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. I was a bit worried about the noise level at night (the streets echo a fair bit). The bathroom was very clean and everything worked well. The staff on reception were very helpful, its a shane housekeeping never got round to cleaning our room during our 2 day stay. Great property, well presented, excellent facilities, good location for central liverpool visit. Would stay here again. The staff was very helpful, there were no problems in canceling our breakfast (as we realized it was only cereal and yoghurt) and we were refunded right away. Only a stroll away from Liverpool 1.

Liverpool is an amazing city and seel street in the ropewalks is an amazing area, the hotel is brand new, well designed, and cosy. the staff are amazing! The hotel room was very big, modern and relaxing. The location, cost, facilities and staff were all great. (£9.50 for 24 hours, make sure you pick up a discount voucher for each 24 hours of your stay) I regularly stay in many hotels around the country and room standard equal to or better than most. It makes clear there is no restaurant in the hotel but it is surrounded by places to eat to suit all tastes and budgets. When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more. Excellent value for money, very helpful staff and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a good size. The booking was confirmed but this was not responded to.

Fantastic converted warehouse which has been done very stylishly. A great place to stay - quality without the hefty price tag! This hotel is fantastic - location to Liverpool1 shopping centre and local pubs/night life is excellent. well I went to see Liverpool play and was delighted to come back to the lovely and comfortable base2stay and found the staff very helpful and friendly, beautifull and very helpfull receptionist from mozambique. Earl's Court Station is 7 minutes by foot and Gloucester Road Underground Station is 8 minutes. For teh price we paid was good value for money, staff were friendly and helpful. The room layout was excellent and the ice machine very useful. Lots of sockets, for instance, including one continental, and the lighting is good. (Base2stay have information in each room to help you decide between the local take-away or a fine dining experience.) When I arrived, reception had no prior notification of my diabled requirements but the recepionist was helpful and sorted out a suitable room. Check your booking confirmation email to find your booking number and PIN. Nice place to stay, highly recomended.
