So I expected the refund to be processed more or less automatically, but to be sure I filed an inquiry on the Hotelplanner site. Early in 2020 I booked a room through HotelPlanner for late April. I would like to put 0 stars. Company allows independence, flexibility, creativity in your job, and understanding. Until I checked with other people and found out they booked directly from the resort and received the wedding discount. Hotel check-in was super easy as they already had received my details from Hotelplanner.

I am looking forward to using HotelPlanner again!

There are currently no benefit reviews for this company. I like their app even better than booking.com as their customer service seems more engaged and answered me promptly when there was an issue with payments due to a voucher I had received from a friend.

The booking link was easy for my friends and family to use and we all saved over $100! Of course I had to cancel the trip because of Covid-19. Everything was good up until my mom got a call in the morning that my dad is really sick and we had to go home, back to NH. Not too many cons here but you do need to be able to figure things out for yourself. Hotel planner has been completely unresponsive and I still had to problem solve to obtain an actual reservation at the hotel where I was supposed to be staying.

Loved using this site, would definitely use again Booked a spa break and everything went great. I've tried to contact customer service in different ways (phone, email, live chat, facebook messenger, etc.) Even though I was experiencing poor cell phone connections somehow we were re-connected and employee.#5050 was able to find accommodations for me.
