The entrance and reception/bar areas are lovely and reminiscent of a country house hotel.The changing room is a nice, well appointed space though a slight downside was sharing a locker (and a small one at that) which couldn’t accommodate all of our bags/coats/shoes so we had to use the (unlocked) space under the central seating to store our other items. So to sum it up, great place, fab lovely treatments and the staff are wonderful professional ladies.
To sum up Carnatic spa is a beautiful place which I loved.

The facial too seemed frugal in the use of products.
