"In My Time of Need" bug [quest spoilers]. Several functions may not work.

So I talk to the alik'r prisoner, he asks me to talk to a gaurd and pay his 100 gold fine. right after killing the dragon, everything works fine. You currently have javascript disabled.

Upon  entering Whiterun, the two Alik'r are talking to thin air (or rather, not talking at all) - after a couple of minutes, the guard appears. Makes sense that Bethesda x Microsoft is a thing.

Nothing seems to have come of it so far. Did she reward you in th game?

If I use a vanilla save from the nexus, and have all the mods added, the guard is where he should be.

So why bother saving her? And yes after crashing for the upteen time at around level 50 I started 5 new games to test my theory and as soon as that quest fires off I either CTD or the saves go red and have problems loading. Well, it is not the "real load order" (or so I hope, I copied this from loot, which somehow messes this up); in the nmm and ingame the patch is at the correct position. The Alik"r do not kill Saadia, they cast a paralyze on her. Please re-enable javascript to access full functionality.
I know I can go the other way and get Saidia killed but it bugs me.
