I sincerely apologise for the faults with service, can I please ask when you dinned with us so I can look into the complaint a little more. Can a vegetarian person get a good meal at this restaurant? Both the prix fixe lunch and early evening menu, and the Sunday roast menus offer good value, with three courses for under £30, as does the afternoon tea menu, which is just £17.50 per person and can be made gluten-free or vegan.
