The rooms are smaller than they appear online, they are under staffed, the towels ( if and when they had them) were the size of a dish rag barely covered your torso, no towels provided on the beach, outsiders NOT staying at the hotel were using Icona’s beach chairs & umbrellas (friends that lived local who knew the staff & life guards) which made it hard for PAYING GUESTS to get chairs & umbrellas, people stole our chairs, the one life guard was taking photos of the children swimming in the ocean with a zoom professional camera!!!!!
